Ordering & Purchasing

How do I place an order?

Ordering on Dualpro.com is simple. Just add your battery charger and any accessories to your cart, then check out securely. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order is accepted. If you need to make a change, contact us right away at tech@pcsdv.com with your order number and we'll do our best to help.

Do you offer dealer, fleet, or volume pricing?

Yes, we do. If you want to be set up as a dealer or have questions on fleet or volume pricing, please email sales@pcsdv.com or call 615-471-5300 with your information.

Can I buy Dual Pro products through a dealer or distributor? How do I find one?

Pro Charging Systems, the makers of Dual PRO, is proud to partner with both local and online dealers. All our products can be purchased through your local dealer's distribution network or through our e-commerce partners online.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on location. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed.

How much does shipping cost? Do you offer expedited shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination, so you'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Do you ship internationally?

Pro Charging Systems currently ships to all 50 states, Canada, and Mexico. If you need international shipping, please call 615-471-5300 with the details of your order and whether you have a freight forwarding service.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view your order status anytime by logging in to your account on dualpro.com.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your battery charger or accessory is damaged in shipping, contact our support team at tech@pcsdv.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on new, unused items in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, contact our support team at tech@pcsdv.com with your order number and reason for return. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.

What warranty comes with my Dual Pro charger, and how do I file a warranty claim?

Every battery charger ships with a Limited Warranty from Pro Charging Systems, LLC (PCS) covering defects in materials and workmanship, for the original retail purchaser only.

Warranty length depends on your model:

  • Marine and most golf cart chargers, including Eagle Performance Series onboard units — 3 years from date of retail purchase.
  • Rental market products, model I36154815, and the PS2420 series — 2 years from date of retail purchase.
  • Restricted markets (outside the USA or heavy industrial use) — 18 months.
  • Sentinel 10 — 1 year from date of retail purchase.
  • Certified Reconditioned (CR) units — 1 year from date of retail purchase.

Not sure which applies to you? Check the back of your charger's manual, where it lists the exact warranty term for your specific model.

If a defect shows up, PCS will repair or replace the unit at its discretion. A few things to know:

  • You're responsible for returning the charger with proof of purchase, and for prepaying shipping/handling to PCS once a Return Authorization form has been provided.
  • The warranty is void if the charger is misused, disassembled, altered without authorization, has its serial number removed, or is repaired by anyone outside PCS's authorized network. Cutting the charge cables or power cord also voids it.
  • This is the only express warranty PCS offers; it doesn't cover incidental or consequential damages but does offer charger repairs at the cost of the customer depending on model and manufactured age of unit.

Ready to start a claim? Contact PCS directly by email at tech@pcsdv.com or by phone at 615-471-5300. Have your model number and proof of purchase ready — it'll speed things up.

Product Selection & Compatibility

Which Dual Pro charger do I need for my battery setup?

It depends on what you're charging and how many batteries you're running. Here's the quick breakdown by application:

Marine (boats, fishing, pontoons)

  • Professional Series (PS1–PS4) — 1 to 4 independent banks, 15 amps per bank. Built for fresh and saltwater, 12V–48V systems.
  • Sportsman High Frequency (SS2HF–SS4HF) — 2 to 4 independent banks, 10 amps per bank, IP67-rated. Works with wet cell, AGM, and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries.
  • RealPRO Series (RS1–RS4) — 1 to 4 independent banks, 6 amps per bank, IP67-rated. Works with wet cell, AGM, and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries.

Golf (golf carts, recreational EVs)

  • Eagle Performance Series 24V–72V — Portable and Onboard options, 15–25 amps; models available to fit most cart makes and models.
  • ES800 Series (ES800-24 / ES800-36 / ES800-48) — Compact 800-watt, waterproof high-frequency charger, less than half the weight of the Eagle line. Great if space and weight matter.

Industrial (lift trucks, scrubbers, utility vehicles, trailers)

  • Eagle Performance Onboard Series — Covers 12V through 72V systems, 12 to 25 amps. Built for the demands of lift trucks, floor scrubbers, electric utility vehicles, and industrial equipment.
  • Industrial Series (RS1–RS2) — 1 to 2 independent banks, 6 amps per bank, IP67-rated. Works with wet cell, AGM, and lithium (LiFePO4) batteries. Great for drop trailers or material handling applications.

Are Dual Pro chargers compatible with lithium (LiFePO4), AGM, and Lead Acid batteries?

Compatibility depends on the charger line and, for some models, the year built. Here's a breakdown by product family:

  • Eagle Performance Series (On-Board): Models equipped with PROView Link (2022 model year and newer) are reconfigurable for FLA, AGM, Gelled Electrolyte, and Lithium batteries. Non-PROView Link models support FLA, AGM, and Gelled Electrolyte only — lithium is not supported on these units unless expressly stated.
  • Eagle Performance Series (CH Portable): Supports FLA, AGM, and Lithium batteries via PROView Link.
  • Eagle Performance Series HF (ES800): Lithium capable via PROView Link, in addition to standard FLA, AGM, and GEL battery types.
  • Sportsman High Frequency (SS2HF–SS4HF): Selectable charge algorithms for FLA, AGM, and LiFePO4.
  • RealPRO Series (RS1–RS4): Compatible with FLA, AGM, and LiFePO4.
  • Professional Series (PS1–PS4): Standard units are approved for FLA and AGM batteries. Lithium-compatible versions of this line are available in the "AUTO" line — contact PCS for details on lithium-specific models.
  • Sentinel 10: Supports FLA, AGM, Gel, and LiFePO4 batteries.
  • Zombie: Supports FLA and AGM batteries only. Not lithium compatible.

Because lithium battery management varies by manufacturer, contact PCS to confirm your specific lithium battery brand is approved before charging.

Can my charger be used on Lithium batteries?

Many Dual PRO models support lithium (LiFePO4) batteries — see which chargers are lithium-compatible for the full breakdown by product line. Because lithium battery management varies by manufacturer, please call PCS at 615-471-5300 or submit a support ticket to tech@pcsdv.com to confirm your specific model can charge your battery brand. Have your charger's brand and model ready for our technicians.

Troubleshooting

What do the LED indicator lights mean on my Professional Series charger?

Each LED pattern indicates a different charging state or fault condition. Download the product manual for your specific model from the Product Manuals page, or visit the FAQs and Troubleshooting Support page for step-by-step guidance.

If I have no lights on my charger, what does that mean?

Both our on-board and portable chargers have to see a minimum voltage threshold before they'll come on. This is a built-in safety feature to prevent damage to both the battery pack and the charger. The pickup voltage for each model is below.

Model Minimum pickup voltage
RealPRO 5V
Professional 7.5V
Sportsman HF 5V
IS2412 8.5V
Sportsman Legacy 7.5V
Eagle Performance Series — 24V 9V
Eagle Performance Series — 36V 10.5V
Eagle Performance Series — 48V 13V if powered by battery; 8V if powered by AC
Eagle Performance Series — 60–72V 12V, powered by AC

What type of fuses are on my Marine charger?

1-inch AGX or AGC fuses, rated 20–30A, can be used. To access each fuse, pull apart the yellow inline tube holder on both the positive and negative lead.

Support

My charger is out of warranty or no longer working. Can it be repaired, or which current model replaces it?

PCS can repair most of our marine and Eagle Performance charger lines depending on age. Call us or email tech@pcsdv.com to start the repair process. We will need the serial number of the charger to determine next steps. The serial number is located on a white tag wrapped around the AC power cord.
