Processing & Shipping Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Important Notes:

  • Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it's placed.

  • Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Some larger items may require additional handling or transit time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments: Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or your shipment appears lost, contact our support team at tech@pcsdv.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged), and we'll make it right.
